Birth Month Flower Shirt or Sweatshirt

Represent your kids or grandkids using their birth month flowers!  These will be done using white or black vinyl, whichever shows up best on the color top requested.  Phrase at the bottom is up to you!  Some examples include:  Grandma's Garden, Mom's Meadow, Love Grows Here, or use your own custom phrase.
 
Up to 8 names/flowers can be included.  If you need more, please contact me.
 
Please refer to the last two included pictures to select what flowers you want for each name.  There are two choices for each month.
 
There is an option for Bella+Canvas sweatshirts to be used for an increased fee.  Please make all of your selections/entries in order to see what your price will be.  My experience has found these to run just a touch big, so order accordingly.
 
Color charts are available for each option.  Be sure you are selecting colors from the correct color chart for you selected item.
