Personalized Football Plaques
Football parents!! These are for you!! Personalized plaques to commemorate your player. There are three designs to choose from, including your choice of engraved mascot name or mascot (scroll through pictures for examples), if desired. They measure 10.25"-11" at their largest measurement (H or W, depending on sign).
Each will come with a stand.

When ordering, please let us know:
1) Which design you'd like from the drop down menu.
2) School colors.
3) Player's name and number.
4) Mascot (if desired) name OR logo. Please choose one. If no mascot is mentioned, none will be included on the plaque.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our personalized products we are unable to offer refunds. Prior to cutting and assembly Created at the Ridge will seek final approval from customer. If the item has been damaged during delivery please contact us with a photo of damaged item and a replacement will be made.
