RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our personalized products we are unable to offer refunds. Prior to cutting and assembly Created at the Ridge will seek final approval from customer. If the item has been damaged during delivery please contact us with a photo of damaged item and a replacement will be made.
SHIPPING INFO
We are local to the New Braunfels, TX/Shertz, TX area. Local pickup/drop off is available. Shipping is also available for anyone outside of our locale.
