Shipping Policy
We are local to the New Braunfels, TX/Shertz, TX area. Local pickup is available for local residents. Delivery within our local is also available for a small fee. You will be able to select either of these options at checkout. Shipping is also available for anyone outside of our locale.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the customized nature of our personalized products we are unable to offer refunds. Prior to cutting and assembly, Created at the Ridge will seek final approval from customer. If the item has been damaged during delivery, please contact us with a photo of damaged item and a replacement will be made.
